[New] Các nghê sĩ YG đã trở thành cổ đông của YG Entertainment.

Cổ đông lớn nhất của YG là Yang Hyun Suk và lớn thứ 2 Yang Min Suk quyết định chuyển 81,400 cổ phiếu từ quyền ưu tiên cho 18 nghệ sĩ YG entertainment, bao gồm Psy và Big Bang.

Đây là trường hợp đầu tiên ở Hàn Quốc cổ đông chính đồng thời là Giám đốc điều hành của 1 công ty giải trí chia sẻ quyền ưu tiên cho các nghệ sĩ trong công ty.

Với quyết định của 2 cổ đông, 18 nghệ sĩ YG giờ sẽ tham gia vào tăng vốn, tích cực tham gia quản lý và phát triển công ty.

Trong khi đó, YG đã tổ chức 1 cuộc họp Hội đồng quản trị vào ngày 14/3 và quyết định chia 51.2 tỷ KRW (~48.6 triệu USD) cho quyền ưu tiên.

YG’s major stockholders Yang Hyun Suk and Yang Min Suk transferred part of their preemptive rights to the company’s singers and actors on April 8.

The biggest stockholder Yang Hyun Suk and the second biggest stockholder Yang Min Suk decided to transfer 81,400 of shares from the preemptive rights to 18 artists at YG entertainment, including Psy and Big Bang.

This is the first time Korea that the major shareholder and the CEO of an entertainment company shared his preemptive rights with the company’s aritsts.

With the two shareholders’ decision, the 18 YG artists will now participate in capital increase, actively taking part in affectively managing and developing the company.
